Internships

Our internships are more than the standard “you give us free labor in exchange for something to put on your resume.”

Our interns are selected with great intentionality to be sure that we can utilize their skills and simultaneously help them pursue their interests. The internships are not fully standardized but instead are customized for each participant. The internship program is successful in “activating” participants to carry on our mission long beyond their time with us. Many interns have remained active as members, volunteers, and staff.

Traditional internships are 15 hrs/wk. and are unpaid. Please submit a resume, cover letter, and relevant writing sample. We also offer high school internships that are 40 hours per semester and are also unpaid. Applicants are strongly encouraged to apply for all positions of interest. If you have questions, contact Alex Rose at [email protected] or call 802-863-2345 x 7.
