Isa Paredes is a community organizer and multimedia creator originally from Lima, Peru. She co-founded Hermanas Vermont along with Luisana Rodriguez, an effort to foster connection among Latinas in Vermont through monthly meetings, events, and workshops. Isa also produced Language POWER (2024), a web documentary focused on language justice, including experiences from people in Vermont and Peru, two places Isa calls home. Isa is looking to continue contributing to her community, now through the Peace & Justice Center.
