Join us on September 8th from 6-7pm at beautiful Waterfront Park in Burlington for a reading and Q+A with author An Na. Na will be reading from her young adult novel The Fold. The Fold follows a Korean teen who’s balancing school and family responsibilities while dealing with the pressure of imposed beauty standards. Na has created a surprisingly funny and thought-provoking look at notions of beauty, who sets the standards and how they affect us all. An Na was born in South Korea and grew up in San Diego, California. As a young person, she never imagined that she would grow up to be a writer. Na is the author of four books for young adults, including A Step From Heaven and THE FOLD.
